Health coaching from someone who understands that real life gets complicated.

Hi, I’m Ellen. I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a mom, and someone who knows firsthand how difficult it can be to take care of yourself when you’re also managing the needs of everyone around you.

I believe health support should fit the person and the life they’re actually living, not require them to become a completely different person first.

I know how easy it is to disappear from your own priority list.

I’m a mom to three neurodivergent teenagers, each with their own schedules, needs, activities, and wonderfully different ways of moving through the world. For years, taking care of everyone else made it incredibly easy to put my own health somewhere near the bottom of the list.

That experience changed the way I think about wellness. The problem wasn’t that I needed more discipline or a better planner. I needed strategies that actually accounted for my responsibilities, my energy, and the way real life works.

That’s a big part of why I became passionate about helping other people find ways to care for themselves without creating another impossible standard they have to live up to.

You shouldn’t have to choose between taking care of the people you love and taking care of yourself.

Experience you can feel confident in.

My background gives me a strong foundation in health, exercise, and behavior change. But coaching isn’t about handing you a perfect plan and expecting you to follow it. It’s about using that knowledge to help you build something that actually works in your life.

Life is full around here, too.

When I’m not coaching, I’m usually somewhere between family life and whatever activity is happening next.

At home, life revolves around my family. A lot of our time together happens while traveling to sports competitions, watching a movie together, or just talking about their day, something I’ve learned to appreciate even more now that they’re in high school.

I’m also currently teaching my sons how to drive, which has been its own exercise in health and wellness.

When I get some time to myself, I like walking outside with music, lifting weights, and reading.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before asking for support.

If you’re ready to find an approach that works with your brain, your responsibilities, and your actual life, we can start there.
