To say that 2025 was a magical year in the journey of starting a business is an understatement. Through opportunities to deepen my knowledge of health and how to help clients create lasting change, I have felt such gratitude and excitement. It is a blessing to be able to help others and I am grateful for those opportunities daily. It is because of this passion that I am excited to announce a new offering that will be available in January 2026!
Over the summer, I wrote my first e-book, titled “Putting Your Own MASK on First”. MASK is an acronym illustrating the biggest ways to improve one’s health and recover from burnout. This project has become the foundation and framework with how I work with my 1:1 clients. I was able to present this to a handful of small groups this fall and I received very positive feedback. This has resulted in the organization of the first cohort of the “Putting Your Own MASK on First” group coaching program in January. While group coaching may sound intimidating, it is actually the best way to step into any coaching program. Groups will be kept small with the intent to facilitate community and comradery with those who struggle with stress and burnout. You have the option to participate in discussions, or listen, whichever fits your needs. Group coaching will also provide education and writing prompts, allowing everyone to reflect on the content and how it can be used in your own life.

The inaugural cohort will begin on Monday, January 5th and will meet for 8 weeks on Mondays from 6-7 PM Central Time. All participants will receive:
*A free copy of my e-book
*Free movement break 2-month challenge
*A discount on if you want to add 1:1 coaching once/week to really work on integrating what you learn in group sessions into your life
And as a special gift for being on my mailing list, you also get a 20% discount on the registration fee! Just enter MASK20 at the checkout. I also offer monthly payments if needed.
Before you tell yourself that you “don’t have time to commit to this” or “this isn’t the right time”, I want you to ask yourself:
*What concerns you about your health right now?
*Are you happy? Do you wake up exhausted?
When was the last time you did something for just you?
We spend many waking hours doing things for others: bosses, co-workers, family members, etc. and oftentimes, we overlook our own needs, chipping away at ourselves until we are unable to do so anymore. Taking care of oneself—through rest, boundaries, healthy habits, meaningful connections, or moments of quiet—allows us to operate from a place of strength rather than survival. It models self-respect and balance for any children in your lives and reinforces the message that well-being matters. In a culture that glorifies busyness, prioritizing self-care is an act of courage. It empowers us to show up fully, love deeply, and navigate the challenges of modern life with clarity, compassion, and resilience.
This guided group program helps individuals shift from burnout to balance. Through weekly sessions, expert coaching, and a compassionate community, you’ll build small, meaningful habits that support your physical and emotional health. Show up for yourself—so you can keep showing up for the people you love.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out! May the holiday season be magical for you and 2026 full of possibility and joy!
